Basic Info
Name:Jeremy Pritchett
Bio
While researching the muggle way of sending mail, Jeremiah Pritchett met Sarah Bixly, a muggle postal worker. It was love at first sight, and despite her muggle origins Jeremiah decided to marry her.

Jeremy was the firstborn, and grew up with a balance of both cultures, wizard and muggle. His mother provided the necessary cover for the muggle side, all the neighbors and relatives believing that Jeremiah was a stay-at-home dad. Jeremy became positively fascinated by owl post, going with his dad to his job whenever possible. Since Jeremiah worked with breeding owls for the wizarding government's owl post, young Jeremy became almost an expert with dealing with owls right from the egg. He was even put in charge of caring for the little owl chicks when they first hatched, if their mother wasn't able to care for them.

This was actually the scene where Jeremy's first magic manifested himself. He was around six, and one of the fledglings learning to fly had fallen out of one of the nests. Suddenly, instead of falling, it was whisked back up into the nest at an automatic gesture from Jeremy. His father had seen him, and was so pleased he allowed Jeremy to pick one owl for his very own and raise it from the egg.

He did so, and named the owl Loki, which was perhaps a bit of precognition, because that owl caused trouble the moment it could fly, always stealing small shiny objects and hiding them, causing a ruckus, and generally being a nuisance. However, Loki dotes upon Jeremy and behaves himself around the boy. It's just when Jeremy isn't there that Loki gets in trouble.

Jeremy's younger siblings, from oldest you youngest, were Sally, a year younger than Jeremy, Jonathan, three years younger, Edward, four years younger, and Mary, six years younger, and unfortunately none of them shared their father's and oldest brother's love for the birds. Mary, the youngest, appeared to be terrified to approach them. Jeremy didn't mind, so he just followed his Da around whenever he worked with the owls.
